take some stained and/or hand me down shirts in sizes for all 3 girls. Add some scissors, scrap fabric, "wonder under", and the iron and sewing machine. After about an hour of time you have fun new shirts that the girls think are wonderful.
And all because you wanted to make a birthday shirt for the birthday girl. just remember if you make it 4 days before her birthday she will ask you every single day if she can wear it. Can't wait until tomorrow when I can say "yes!!"
